Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a metal aircraft fitter, mechanic, construction mechanic or comparable qualification
- Quality-oriented and responsible way of working
- Reliability, resilience and flexibility - you keep an overview even under pressure
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills paired with high self-motivation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of AMOS desirable
- A police clearance certificate free of entries, as the workplace is located in the security area of the airport
Your mission
- You will inspect aircraft components for damage and select suitable repair methods and materials
- You will be responsible for applying repair instructions, technical drawings and relevant documentation
- You will repair aircraft components using conventional methods such as drilling, riveting, sawing, bending and edging
- You will check the work carried out using testing and measuring equipment and complete documentation of the activities
- You will coordinate and process various orders simultaneously with a focus on timely completion
