Your profile
- You hold an EASA Part-66 licence B1 or B2
- You have a certification in aircraft maintenance or a related field
- You have experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a Part-145 approved organisation
- You are familiar with different systems (AMOS, MS Office Suite)
- You are a strong leader with a focus on maintenance performance, teamwork and motivation
- You bring commitment to a safe working environment with a proactive approach to identifying and eliminating potential hazards
- Clear, efficient communication and high coordination skills
- A clean police clearance certificate to pass the ZÜP according to §7 LuftSiG
Your mission
- You are responsible for the maintenance processes in your dock and lead, develop and manage the team
- You are the main point of contact for the team in the dock
- You ensure that all maintenance procedures meet the standards
- You coordinate the availability and use of tools and equipment in the dock
- You work closely with the project manager and maintenance manager to ensure timely execution
- You ensure consistent compliance with safety standards
